Jump Ahead Pediatrics is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to join our team near Trenton, NJ in a full-time school-based position! Join us in making a meaningful difference in every child’s developmental journey.

Position Details

Setting: School-Based Services (Pediatrics)
Placement: Exclusive school assignment — no travel required
Hours: 8:40am-3:30pm
Pay Range: $55–$70/hour
Compensation: Full school day covered, including prep time, documentation time, and lunch
Clinical Fellows: Receive direct supervision

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide therapy to support speech and language development
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to required guidelines
